Ha ha ha! It's like comparing a plot of land in Munich to a plot of land in Cottbus. The difference is clear!

Munich is a capitalist's playground, while Cottbus was a former communist enclave. Different Nigeria, different mindset! Nsukka area has perhaps, the most fertile soil in Igboland, unfortunately my people prefer building mansions, filling stations and Gas plants than using the land to feed our people by mapping out areas for residential area, industrial area and farmlands.

And some of u are happi about the expensive land in your place..

How many people can afford it?

Competition and higher purchasing power. We are more capable to buy land in Lagos than Ibadan migrants

Check out my entire comment. Igbo people buy lands anywhere our money can afford. Even in hostile territories. Is it the best option for my people? Definitely not; i believe in developing our own territory, for us and for souls that will dwell in our land in the future.

What I love about Ibadan is that it accommodates all sphere of life.

If you are not too rich, you can get a cheap land.
If you are rich, you can get extravagant expensively land.

That is to add to the fact that it is almost as big as some states in Nigeria.
