It looks so developed because of small landmass.is not up to Lagos in term of landmass. It is just like comparing tiny Anambra with Oyo. Anambra though looks like it is more developed, but it is just because all fine buildings are closely packed due to small landmass, but scattered for that of Oyo state because of bigger landmass.
