I think right now, both Obi and Atiku knows they didn't win the popular vote so they want the court to declare that President Tinibu was not qualified.

And judging from the range of things the petitioners have thrown, it is a fishing expedition in the hopes that one of them will stick.

And if the justices are to dispense justice fairly and in accordance with the constitution, those things you referred to as 'range of things' should stick because the evidence is so overwhelming
