Final verdict on 2023 presidential election by the highest court in the land - Supreme Court.

Are you expecting any surprises or nothing will change from the ruling of the Tribunal?
Nope Bat will win, Atiku will go back to Dubai and Peter Obi will thank Nigerians who stood for justice, equity and credibility. We will all forget this verdict in the next 3 months and move on with our suffering. tongue

So long as the FBI files are not released, Nigerian judiciary will play the ostrich. Tinubu forged the certificate warranting immediate disqualification but would the owners of Nigeria agree ?

lol

Only a clown will expect any surprise.

Supreme court will uphold Tinubu's victory but he will never contest again after this first term cos a criminal conviction will be made against him in subsequent law suit by Atiku and Tinubu can never escape getting convicted for forgery and im not talking about CSU certificate but the Government college results forgery talking about forging a GCE result of a school that was never in existence until 4 years after. No lawyer in the world can defend him on this.

Section 465 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Definition of forgery
A person who makes a false document or writing knowing it to be false, and with intent that it may in any way be used or acted upon as genuine, whether in the State or elsewhere, to the prejudice of any person, or with intent that any person may, in the belief that it is genuine, be induced to do or refrain from doing any act, whether in the State or elsewhere, is said to forge the document or writing.

We know that, what we are saying is for him to revive our Economy

I'd be surprised if Atiku accepts reality and gets on his private plane and returns to Dubai once and for all. cheesy

Hmmm

Court don't look at faces of tribes or tears...
Court uses fact sir, If Obi have claimed to be the winner of the concluded 2023 general election but both him and his Lawyers can't prove it; no court will award him for pity sake....

Tinubu still stand the highest stand. This is why Atiku was struggling to use certificate to bring Tinubu down, because he knows nothing will change the figures of the election.

Tinubu has his work perfectly done, rigged or not!

I see Tinubu remains President. My issue is for him to revive our Economy. That's all

Forget any revival . In less than 9 years , APC took nigeria from 187naira to a dollar and now it is about 1,200. Subsidy is clandestinely back after the initial gra gra . You would think Tinubu and his boys are well prepared to tackle these things. But it just shows how unprepared and visionless our leaders are .

It also shows that Nigerians are too divided to actually demand good governance . Either Nigeria returns to regional government or we break up . There is no in-between and Nigeria CAN NEVER progress as it is right now

And if the justices are to dispense justice fairly and in accordance with the constitution, those things you referred to as 'range of things' should stick because the evidence is so overwhelming

All the same, not expecting any Surprises

And what stopped Atiku and Obi from presenting those overwhelming evidence before the court to assist their petitions?

If the electoral process wasn't followed, its ground for nullification. If 18000 polling unit results are blurred, its ground for disqualification. If Tinubu did not make 25% of the FCT then he cannot be declared president.
He forged the certificate he presented to INEC, thats ground for disqualification

It would take forces beyond supernatural to unseat the sitting president in a country like Nigeria. It's not even through election o but through court judgements; nothing is impossible but this is impossible

I would like Obi to lose, so that Tifnubu can continue his regime of corruptions, tribalism and hardship, so dollar keep rising to $1 to 5000. This rising dollar prices has being favouring my business so much, business had being booming for me. Long may Tifnubu continue his corrupt regime.

No, I actually don't think both Peter Obi and Atiku have any case

They both connived to dash Tinubu the presidency by competing against each other thereby cancelling out each other votes

Atiku is the one with all the blame, after 8 years notherner rule he still prevent Obi from PDP ticket

Supreme Court will throw out their case because they didn't win at the ballot, any other thing is chasing shadow

how did Atiku prevent obi from PDP ticket when Obi ran away before primary?? Wike even came second so what's ur point.. is there any law that forbids a Northerner taking over from buhari?? PDP 16 years rule south has 13 year's plus Obj 8 GEJ 3 plus... Yardua North had just 2 years plus... So u see that u Southerners are bias.. Obi is the one who scatter PDP votes cos some gullible Southerners pushed him out of PDP thinking another party can win.. APC..

The judiciary system has collapsed, what is Yakubu still doing after putting the whole country into kiosk? Nothing for Nigerians but serial hardship and backwardness in all sectors. God has left us to our own with the price of Emi lokan, until we realised that He has everything and power belongs to Him, then His greatness will be given to man. If otherwise more sorrow to greater pains.

Lol, it's funny what you wrote here, we both know there are glaring evidences of malpractices across the country which the justices decided to overlook. Anyway there's no point engaging you coz it's pointless since you already have a fixated view

Those "malpractices" as you call them were not pleaded by either the LP or the PDP as part of their case. In law, a party cannot assume anything. They must state the grounds of their case explicitly. Anything not stated or anything for which evidence has been adduced is regarded as " not before the court" and consequently the court cannot rule favourably on it in the plaintiffs favour.
This is not a television show like "Judge Judy"

I suggest you raise the question on social media as to WHY those malpractices were not pleaded.
