Actually good standards have been set.

1. You don’t go to court without evidence.
2. If you know you want to challenge start preparing your evidence before and during elections.
3. Don’t go to court with emotion, go to court with facts.


This is a clear case of incompetence of the petitioners, how can you claim you won an election and not even bother to show the figures that show you won? I remember a case of a thumb printing before one of our courts, the petitioners hired forensic experts who showed the thumb prints were all the same but these ones just went to court and did not even bother to present any of their polling agents in the PU they say they were rigged. No evidence no direct witness…who does that?
