Till date, Wike can not dispute the fact that he is Amechi 's boy.

As at 2014/15, if you can be truthful to your self, you must not have heard the name "Wike".

Wike was like a Puppet to Madam, and in conjunction with his other Madam too, Jonathan Peace and Odili Mary, he became Rivers State Governor.

Amechi left PDP as a Hero, not for or because of Wike, Wike was irrelevant then, but because of an in-house fracas that had a link to the Presidency.

Amechi was actually "fighting" The Federal with an opposite Part and was able to out smart his immediate left ruling Part.

He was pivotal and like a hub in two times election of President Buhari.

Amechi has got to the Apex of his career in Politics except being the President of Nigeria.

Whatsoever Wike is and will be in Nigeria Politics, Amechi has tasted that before him. Wike is actually following the footsteps of Amechi, but it's like OP doesn't know that.

Amaechi is not a politician. Even as a Minister for 7 yrs, he couldn't garner or build boys / people to enlarge his political base.

Rather, Wike took all his boys and gave them political positions to enable them grow up in the political ladder.

Some local council Chairmen, some commissioners, and some SA, SSA, DG CEO of government agencies.

That's how to build or invest in the political growth of followers which Amaechi couldn't achieve.
