Not using pressure pump.... Used the pipe they call 9ja pipe and why I feel there's a leakage is because the boys in the site pumped water on Tuesday and they called today to say there's no water again. Total of 5000L finished within 3 days.

If all walls are dry, check the WC. The water stop mechanism might be faulty. So water does not stop flowing into the tank after flushing.

My roofer gave me a quotation of aluminum roof from the factory 0.55 as 4200 per meter two weeks ago but today he is it's now #5300 due to the increase in dollars. He is saying it might go down if the dollar drops. I want to seek your advice if I should go ahead with the project or I should wait.I am scared of it rising more.

At any stage you are on your building project, if you have the money, just get over it. Don’t wait. This is not to say you should not be mindful of pricing and price quotes

Bros grab it, if possible, negotiate the fence with him as well. Please pay attention to material he quoted for the job. Some of them may charge less for labor and hit you hard with materials.

By eye really. Slimmer profile blocks are better to behold somehow.

Or, just count the number of coaches on the fence. Typical 9 inch blocks would be 9 coaches, here we have 12.

I don’t get you right, let me explain how block sizes and shape measurements to you either your block is 2” 6” 3” 14” all of them have same height it’s only the width that are difference

More so 9” block is very easy to set, you see those smaller block size like 5” 6” 7” are very hard to get a well good straight work most especially when it’s more than 6-7 courses of blocks height

Same with the lintels in the first pics here...is it ok to do lintels that way? I'm not even talking about "chaining" the lintel, but having the lintel sit on a mere 3 or so inches of block wall at either end? Maybe it's just my eyes that's deceiving me sha.
