It’s 100pec possible look at the stand it’s 6legs and once the calculation of Load is ok then they are good to go

They will pump into it easily , each tank will have separate valve, I have done 10 valve of such before for 10 tenants.
The last one i did was 6 tanks 11 tenants

Same with the lintels in the first pics here...is it ok to do lintels that way? I'm not even talking about "chaining" the lintel, but having the lintel sit on a mere 3 or so inches of block wall at either end? Maybe it's just my eyes that's deceiving me sha.

What we need to take note of here is that in most cases these guys use prestressed concrete lintels (lightweight and even with hollow core in some cases) and the quality of their blocks aren’t the same with ours.

They build with quality load bearing blocks or bricks.

Oh, so 9 inches is even ok? Thought it should ideally lap anywhere from 1 - 2 feet.

We normally have a common services meter for all the common services in all of our installations that have multi dwelling units.

This common service include
Borehole
Water treatment
Bosster pump
External light
Stair case or lift lobby
Gate house

If all walls are dry, check the WC. The water stop mechanism might be faulty. So water does not stop flowing into the tank after flushing.

it looks scary and clumsy but it will stand. Make sure it is six legged and not the usual four

in a place like Enugu where individual tenant is responsible for his own water supply, this is the working solution for now. If you exhaust your own water, you call water supply people to pump water for you

This is very doable, one just has to ensure that the structural elements can carry that amount of load.

Almost all the bridges here in the US is precast. They bring those lengthy precast slabs to site with special trailers.
But the pillars are done onsite.
You could wake up to see a bridge standing where there was none the previous day.

Precast must be prestressed before they are even certified for use ( You can’t divorce the two)
If you have seen how the precast slabs are transportation, you would know that any shady material can’t withstand such stress.
