The difference between Rivers state and Lagos state is River is multicultural state while Lagos is 99% dominated by one ethnic group.

Besides, PDP was not formed by Wike but APC was formed by Tinubu and co. Therefore, it was totally impossible for Ambode to fight against the whole APC in Lagos state. Impossible.
