I didn’t even know there was anything like marble dust in paints until you mentioned it. Now I am considering using it for my external entrance steps instead of tiles.

What’s the total sqm of the bakery? I have something similar in view.

At time if you don’t get good plaster sand you will see shagee before you can deliver just regular plastering .. it happened in one of our project.

The production area alone is 30sq area

Here’s another thing I saw online just now (see pic below).

Gbadexy, pls kindly confirm we can use gravitex directly on external walls without plastering. The guys promoting this even gave 15 years guarantee.

The gravitex on my wall is almost 10 years now and it’s still looking great and I’ve never had to repaint or do touchups.


Note: unlike the image attached, my walls were plastered before applying gravitex paint.

I think you should carry out the experiment. Cost-efficiency is very important factor in today’s construction.

I agree completely on applying stabilizing solution because the only area of my building where the paint was peeling after 9 years was the wet area (the bathroom) and that’s highly commendable for a locally made product.

As a matter of fact, if I’m going to do anything exterior now, it’ll be gravitex or a similar product.
