That is not a robot but a human in a robot costume. Maybe they feel people will obey a robot more than a traffic officer or Maybe it's a prank but that is not a robot

Bring this robot to Portharcourt specifically Water line Junction and remove those criminal elements that take commuters to POS to exploit them. The best solution and modern solution is for the traffic light to function 24hrs every day of the year.

If truly is a robot then it should have cameras built all over it, if I jam or disobey traffic due, it should take under 2 mins to locate and arrest you.

It has nothing to do with Nigeria, it’s obviously a pilot test for AI integration in Nigeria ,if you know the implications and how this tech is used for control in places like China you would run far from it.
