I don't want to make it personal.

But again (with due respect) - you start from paper (pc) to determine what's feasible.

That's why you have the following.

1. Building plan
2. Structural designs
3. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (in capital)
4. Safety report if applicable
5. Building Estimate (BOQ)

AND MANY MORE - ALL ON PAPER.

You can't afford to get to site b4 knowing what's feasible - by then a lot would have been wasted and life probably lost.

Imagine building your 61.1m beam on site BEFORE the structural design on paper.

If you still don't get my point - I can't help you.

The feasibility depends on where you intend to have the structure built, considering weather and soil type.

The fact you're seeing pictures means it's feasible BUT might not be feasible in your location.

I was really wondering if he can deliver what he is claiming to be able to deliver. A 2bedroom flat FULLY BUILT AND FINISHED FOR 8M... AHHH OMOOO...I'm handling a problem currently and we hate have spent almost 6.5m for a 2bedroom n bedsitter. Measuring about 106 sqm. A we haven't done concrete floor , electrical, plumbing, tiling and the likes. That is exactly why I'm surprised by the guy.

Some building projects were abandoned till today bcs of site investigations, all was just on paper then boom work start on site …so site investigation” is paramount in anything construction.

We are here battling with our excavation..
N3xt don’t ask me if I have another Levelling instrument oo. It s good to have tools and instruments.

I got a mini dumper in my upcoming project and a small concrete batching plant is being considered.

I checked out the hoist/gantry on Sunday. We will be working on 17 units of multi-floor buildings.

This is a leveling instrument. I thought they where only use for massive projects? Are u planning to use it for taking d level for this small foundation? Why not use the traditional method? 😁

Your architect, builder, engr needs to visit your site before any work can be Carried out on your site, that is the best practice.

Concerning the safety commission guys you talked about it’s there duties to make sure your site is safe for construction so you need document for that ..it’s around 200-250k that is the standard rate but you can talk to them
So your site and workers must follow safety compliance rules

I don't have pictures but I've supplied matte emulsion applied on tyrolean and it came out well.
