The miscreants should be arrested and jailed.

Let all the courts cases be finalized before swearing winners in.Also, let there be enough room to handle these technicalities or pre /post election issues. Finally, let the contest on election issues be only on votes cast.

We need to get the Electoral Process right to minimise all these undesirable court interventions.
INEC must do their homework well in ensuring transparent elections.

Everything INEC, would political parties do the right thing?

A Court Order was given but PDP Plateau state ignored it and went ahead to conduct primary election without first vacating the Order. What's the business of INEC in this?

Greed and desperation would never allow politicians do the right thing.

Even the Gov is going bcoz he's a product of the same abuse of Court process.

GENERAL TINUBU NOW USING COURT TO STEAL NASS MEMBERS FOR APC.

THAT SMELLING DICTATOR WILL NOT STOP UNTIL HE BURN DOWN THE COUNTRY.

I KEEP SAYING IT, THAT HE WILL BE THE PERSON TO BURN NIGERIA DOWN.

Where were you when Supreme Court Justices sacked APC Gov and all elected members of state and national assembly Zamfara state in 2019?

Where were you when Supreme Court Justices said APC couldn't field candidates to all elective positions in 2019 election in Rivers State?

I guess the above scenario were okay.

These are APC examples of disregarding Court Orders. Now, it's happening to PDP and they're crying it's Tinubu, it's judiciary.

doing bidding of president yet Ugo chinyere won at appeal... Those protesting are wasting time it shows poor understanding of democracy.. PDP in plateau didn't do due diligence so they're learning the hard way like it happened to APC in zamfara 2019 when they Lost all Seats after winning the elections... Courts is part of demoy so pple should take note

Them go cry taya.
How are they people supposed to know this? INEC shouldn't have accepted those candidates on the ballot abi INEC wasn't aware of the court judgement to? It is wrong for the court to declare the people who came second winners. that's not the wish of the people.

Miscreant Donald Trump's supporters did more than this, they invaded the US National Assembly, and best up lawmakers, but US Supreme Court didn't say the loser should be made President

This is how you know lazy youths without life ambition. One of the people returned as Senator has already been appointed Minister for Labour by Tinubu, will Tinubu then tell judges to return the man to the Senate? You need psychiatric evaluation

There is not much wrong with INEC. The greater problem is the election system that forces aspirants to spend so much money. The result is desperation to win and unwillingness to concede when you lose. The zero sum game is increasing. Even that terrible election of 2011 had less contention than this one.

Progress made on limiting over voting which was the main fraud method has not been celebrated. Instead people are chasing "stadium" scoreboards all over the place.

Something has happened to us. Even primary school inter House sports are becoming free for all contests in fighting and quarrelling.

You all just concluded that judges have no reasons for delivering the judgements they delivered just it didn't swing where you would have preferred, right?
We all knew what happened to APC in Bayelsa and Zamfara states some years back through the same judiciary
