Recently I can't withdraw from my bet account
My account detail was changed
I'm just confuse plz anyone who have face this challenge should help me out

How many bank accounts do you have registered terd to the account? If more than two, remove one.
If problem persists, reset and change ur password first.
Then contact their customer care service for more clarity

I can't even remove anyone right now the both account are not mine I Dont just know what happened I've tried to contact customer care no way

You can't withdraw money from Bet9ja to any bank account which its details are not the same with your name on Bet9ja account

You're the cause of your problem, No online betting platform even in sportybet or betking where they will play you with another person's bank account ⚠️

Your full name when opening the account must match your bank account name!!

Try opening a Bank account for yourself first if don't have one, before creating online betting accounts!!!

If you reside in Lagos and can’t found solutions to this go to Tomi’s house at ojuelegba,Lagos state that is where I rectify a problem some years ago before I switched to sporybet which is the king of all bet platform.

they’re not yours ?? Bet9ja don’t pay third party accounts. Someone hacked ur account or what

Use new bet9ja new mobile site and do a live chat that way you will be directed how to edit, delete or add a new account that was how i added a new bank account to mine.

Something like that because I have been using this account for years now .no issues I have withdrawn plenty times but not all my detail just change suddenly

Not really ,I have been using this account for years now ,but my Account number just changed

Someone prolly tried to hack your account. Of you're in Lagos, just go to their head office in Ojuelegba and if you ain't there, just call their customer care line and also Email them. They'll definitely reply, you just gotta be patient with them. I've also had issue with them early this year but was later fixed.
