Rather than subsidized electricity they should work on availability

I used to get about 68kwh for 5k, now it’s 65kw per hour, and the token started running like tap water.

Before now, I’ll load 5k every week, but after October 15th, 5k finishes in 3days.
Useless government.

Haba, is it only in Niger state that electricity bill effect this 120℅ increase since 2 months ago. We norms pay 3,000 naira a month but they bill us 12,969 naira a month now.
They should be ordered to reverse it immediately because the minister had not approved the increase

Subsidy or not electricity consistency is what Nigerians want, we are tired of poor power supply that's having severe implication on our businesses.

For those that took time to read inbetween the news summary is that there's already hike but BAT/BAAT is playing the ostrich by insisting for compliance of the GENCOS to bill with consideration of old subsidy .

They did not give license..they only made the law..now it’s up to investors to come forward for the licenses..
And besides there is a CAP on those licenses..maximum of 1MW..

Privatization done was not in any way a mistake because i remembered vividly back then that u dont pay electricity bill as a NEPA staff n so many things like that.
