Since getting the battery bracket was too expensive, I decided to make use of 3/4 pvc pipe in place of the brackets.

I actually plan to use it for both indoor and outdoor use, because my intention is to build it as a mobile power station.

Nice innovation with the pvc.
You'll need to test each cell individually with a load to know if it's working properly, I suggest
you use a 5v tablet cooler fan for test, just to be sure all cells are good, so some wouldn't be draining others which is not safe.
