In Nigeria do all you can to win election. After the election never think the presumed court of law will upturn any results that corruptly entered or document tendered that was forged. Always have this in your conscious mind, forgery is now legalized in Nigeria, courtesy of our judiciary. |

Orinechi:oh, so if you're mobilized to serve and then you don't serve only to wait it out and get a fake certificate and use it for Nysc, but because you're mobilized to serve, then you are free for forge a certificate? All of you ar just the same. |

TheOldGods:NYSC didn't say MBA didn't serve. What they say was that his certificate was not signed by them. The question becomes: Is it the responsibility of a corp member to know whether the signature in his certificate is fake or not? When u served, if u have, do u know who signed your certificate |

Orinechi:that's same thing we talking about, that you served or not. As long as you go and get another certificate that is not the original certificate from Nysc. It's Forgery and since Nysc came out openly to say that they never signed or gave out that certificate. It doesn't matter anymore if mbah served or not. Submitting a document that didn't come from the original institution regardless if you served or not is a criminal offence and is punishable by law. The certificate has a certificate number, It doesn't matter if Nysc signed, as long as the certificate number doesn't in anyway match any certificate issued by them, is forgery. For the fact that Nysc brought the original certificate that was supposed to be issued, is Forgery. For the fact that Nysc tendered a book where " original copy collected by me" is empty and no signature of mbah, or his writing inputting "Original signature collected by me is forgery. Regardless of he claimed he went for service, by not authenticating the result by actually signing out , which shows the result was taken by him is forgery. Mbahs, lawyers are just daft. But I know supreme will do the right thing. |
