Most developed cities rating of Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana are

1. Lagos/Eko (Lagos Island, Ikoyi, V/I, Surulere, Eko Atlantic, Yaba etc). Biggest economy in Africa, better infrastructure (road, railway, mono rail, bridges, transportation system, flyovers, airport, seaports, water transportation, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, education system, sewage system, governmental system, healthcare system, water system, telecommunication networks etc. Lagos beat all other contenders.

2. Nairobi comes second because it's the financial hub of East Africa and it has better infrastructures than Accra.

3. Accra is arguably a very beautiful city with amazing architectural buildings. The law enforcement agencies and governmental system is way above Abuja though Abuja has some better infrastructures.

4. Abuja. To be candid. Abuja has better infrastructures than Nairobi and Accra though have edge over Abuja because of financial development, hospitality, commerce and other sectors. However, Abuja has better roads, bridges, flyovers, railway, light rail, drainage system, etc than Accra and Nairobi.

5. Port Harcourt comes 5th. I think I must agree it's more developed than Ikeja because of holistic factors. Though Ikeja is very developed and has industries. Computer village alone generates billions of dollars yearly but I think Port Harcourt with seaport, international and local airports, 2 oil refineries, NLNG, infrastructures (especially roads, flyover and bridges) is ahead of Ikeja. Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited is the largest producer of glandular urea in sub sahara Africa.

6. Ikeja is a industrial city and economic hub of Lagos state. It is also the Capital of Lagos state. It host the computer village of west Africa. It has railway, light rail, brt system, airports (local and international), etc. Definitely ahead of Mombasa and Kumasi.

7. Lekki. This is the fastest growing city in Africa. It host world class facilities and bustling real estate market. It has seaport, largest refinery in Africa, large mails, free trade zone, commercial centers, tourist attractions, beaches, fertilizer plant etc it's definitely more developed than Kumasi and Mombasa.
