It is the migration system. The South Africans should copy Singapore rather than Malaysia. The stiffer, more thorough and complex it is, the better the Nigerians a country gets. Another place to see thoroughbred Nigerians would be Switzerland.

they were never in need of immigrants per say. There are a few Nigerians expats, doctors , lecturers, nurse etc. The 9ja hustlers mostly went there with tourist visa and overran them 😆
