I am an estate agent and rise in property prices leaves me gasping.

A property on Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1 which I was marketing for 400m net around May this year, is now 500m net.

I even lost a transaction because of the sudden price increase then from 400m to 450m. Now its 500m net.

Asset price inflation in the property market is real. Ask any realtor.
