Whogohost has apparently been out of service for more than a week now. Emails are bouncing and my clients are stranded as they're not getting very important business emails as expected.
Sadly their customer service is also not responding to complaints.
Does anyone know what the problem is or how to escape this calamity? The cost of this is running into tens of thousands of dollars. I need help with how to engage them legally for the losses incurred.

Are Whogohost really dead?

Someone please help with an alternative to whogohost where I can safely transfer my .ng domains and have peace. I am not able to use hosts like Hostinger that is more reliable. If anyone knows a more reliable host, please recommend one. Whogohost has messed up with my emails and I have missed very important communications without any recovery from them.

I have been using whogohost for years now but this loss now is the most expensive breach I have experienced with them. I wish for a host that is worth more than its name. I can't even rely on reviews but I will check this to see, among other things, if it can take .ng domains

You can use a .ng on hostinger. I'm using VPS and I'm hosting a .ng domain. Just change few A records, you don't even need to transfer the domain. You can reach out if you need ways to do it
