Only in this country can this type of rubbish occur.
The reason for the strike is not in public interest but just to massage the ego of one man called the NLC president.
Idiots wey I blame na nepa wey carry the strike for head.

A season for candle and gasoline dealers!

Because your police and judicial system failed to arrest the perps of assault, and your government at state level don't pay salaries.

APC man, tell your people to lead us well. It's why they were voted in.

Yeah, because assault should not be punished.

If you were assaulted, would you let your assaulters go?
after court stop him and the police advice him not do hold the rally because of his security.

Shutting down a service that isn't stable nationwide, some communities have gone 3 years no power. Funny thing is federal government settle them, the common labourer will see nothing. Your union leader will send his children abroad and tell you to keep yours at home all in the name of strike.

Shutting down power because NLC president candidate was defeated in imo state governorship election

Yeah... When Tinubu, Buhari and Soyinka joined NLC to occupy Ojota in 2012, it was strictly for the good of Nigeria.

Or could it be that NLC was a member of CPC/AD/APC?!!

Clap for yourself.

Things are wrong with this country, and your government isn't putting them right.
How can the whole nation be shut down because the Labour leader was attacked in Imo state!
The way some of you reason is baffling o!!
You can hate a goverment but that doesn't mean all senses should be beclouded Na.
You think Ajiero is fighting for you?He is only fighting for relevance, contracts and his pocket.
How many times has he called for strike because of the hardship in the country?
In far developed nations of the western world, strikes and protests are called by labour unions over soaring inflation, killings and even something as basic as increase in prices of stable items like wheat, bread or rice.
Here, they are going on strike because of one man that is looking out for himself!!!

To say the least, NLC is a union of inconsiderate set of people, enemy of progress, fighters of masses.

Worse than NLC are those who support the senseless strike all in the name of fighting the Presidency. Woe unto them all, woe unto them

Assaulting the Nlc chairman was unacceptable,we should don't play politics with everything.Every office must be respected.Though me I don't support the labour because they and the fg are our problem.

At the end, if the Imo state had been paying salaries, and if the judicial system had been working well, none of this would have happened.

APC was voted in for change. Looks like they ain't changing much.
