Exactly,the team needs to fuse local players in the starting 11 at least 3 or 4 ,he should also change the goal keeper.

Football is about hunger,super eagles are playing against guys that watch them on TV every weekend. Those guys are ready to run and die on the pitch just to earn the " we defeated super eagles " badge.

To counter this we need to always have local players in the starting eleven especially in defense and DM positions ,they'll do the dirty work and your fine boys can play whatever nonsense in the front.

Lastly,Nigeria needs a big name coach,those boys will not respect a coach without any history.

Stephen keshi won the nations cup with MBA and oboabona in the starting 11 and with majority foreign based players who hadn't really made a name except maybe Mikel and Moses.

That is not a major criteria. Inviting them and getting them to play good friendlies was what brought about our glory years of 1991-1996.

We need a new Coach, with 55% new boys, with about 6 to 7 friendlies with nations ranked within 25th to 48th in World Fifa Ranking. This would do the new Arrangement(Team some good) in terms of the Remaining World Cup Qualifiers.

Even if we get lucky and beat Zimbabwe by 2:1 scorelines, Peseiro should be sacked and Ernesto VALVERDE hired.

Talents are groomed. They are not theorised into reality. Amokachi was at Ranchers Bees of Kaduna and Ben Iroha was at Bendel United when Westerhof was appointed Coach in 1989.
He came watched our local league and dropped most of the Maroc 88 Green Eagles and Seoul 88 Olympic Eagles whilst nurturing many home-based players into stardom. Although this was facilitated by easy access to Late Rear Admiral Augustus Aikhuomu.

It is a shame discussing that we beat Sao Tome 10-0 without 3 on-field home based players.
Stephen Keshi of blessed memory was 10times better.
All Peseiro's tactics are dependent on calling "established" European based players. No technical nous at all.
