Apc did not interfere in Pdp issues, rather a pdp member at first instance took the party to court, the court told pdp to go and organise a fresh Congress in all the local government but pdp has failed to do that, it only conducted it in 5 local government..Apc were watching patiently, Pdp has no case here.
Yusufisraelj:
How will APC interfere in PDP matters. Isn't that that internal?

And the court heard it and gave judgement on an internal PDP matter instituted by another party the APC

Wetin concern APC with whether PDP conducts its congresses at the ward, local and state levels
Oga, if you have issues with your brother and you take him to court and judgement is passed against you, that judgement is not private but public. Anyone can use it against you.

This is not brother vs brother family matter

This is law. APC is a meddlesome interloper

No! APC is not! PDP members took PDP to courts. The judge gave judgement that fresh primaries be conducted. PDP rejected the judgement instead of appealing. Now, so long as judgement has been passed on an issue, it is no longer a family matter, but a public matter because that judgement can be used as precedence. it now affects everyone. APC is actually doing the right thing by bringing this issue up. Next time, everyone will respect a court order.

The question is why is the APC bringing it up. Are they not doing busy body over a matter that's not their concerns

That's the bitter truth. Ex Gov. Jonah Jang and Chris Hassan instigated this problem for the state PDP.

PDP by not having a structure in Plateau technically failed to exist in the state.

APC is claiming that they could never have lost to party that does not 'exist'. smiley

Got ithuh

Is this not expression of classic ignorance? Is the law that enforce valid primary for PDP alone or was it made by PDP . This is a constitutional matter that even you can take to court. Please, kindly asked a learn lawyer to guide you, thanks.

Burob:
Na APC carry Pdp go Court, when the court order was issued, instructing The Pdp to organize new congress elections in Plateau State?

The same oblivious myopic mindset that got pdp into this mess today, is what an Agbadorian like you is still exhibiting & insisting on?
I agree with you.

Pdp failed itself

Bringing it up ke! See me o! Why did Obi and Atiku bring up issues not concerning the elections that took place over 20 years ago? Because it's part of winning strategy. You use whatever weakness your opponent have to defeat him.

Yes he was
Actually, no he wasn't.
The court ruled that his nomination was "unitentional".

Every single appeal was ruled on technicalities not actual representation of the law.
But then again, snatch it, grab it and the rest is allowed , so long as "na our person"

You didn't read the judgment well.you only read the headline or just the first part.the judgment also further stated that shettima was never guilty as he submitted his resignation letter to his party on the 6th of July long before the deadline and the law is targeted at the candidate not party.assuming the candidate submitted late or the party erred,it was unintentional because the candidate intention from the processes didn't want to hold two candidacy and the law is meant to stop a candidate from contesting under two parties or two positions.apc eventually did primaries for the borno central senate..
The key word in that provision is knowingly allowed himself to be nominated.knowingly means he intentionally did it.there was no technicality here, shettima wasn't guilty.technicality was if he was guilty and the court said the case was brought out of time or pdp has no locus but you can't ignore these major technicality

Take your time and go through my reply, then read what you wrote again. The worst thing that can happen to a man is self deceit.
