life sometimes does not turn out the way we want it.
I am so depressed.
This same life, someone somewhere has so much and don't know what to do with it.
my life is no longer making sense to me.
these thoughts are becoming more and more frequent, no zeal to go out, no zeal for anything. nothing makes sense anymore

Do you have kids? What about ur family members? Are they aware of ur predicament? Well, that aside, there's a way out.

At times like that, I write down those things that no longer make sense and I begin to carefully analyze them to at least make sure I am not cause of the problem. As for those things that are beyond my control, I work on accepting them and my weaknesses all while I figure out how to resolve the other things that I am able to do something about.
