I disagree with your analogy sir.

A better one is counting on him is like counting on a bicycle (that uses blood as fuel) to beat BMW i6 car.

This south africa na legbere team. I know they will do every wuruwuru possible to qualify ahead of nigeria with motsepe as head of caf
There should have start doing the wuruwuru early. If we can win all our home matches i don't see any reason we won't qualify.

As long as Africa is concerned, the only country I like playing against in an away match is SA due to their good pitches, though Rohr messed up our record against them but I’m glad Peseiro will be gone before our matches against SA. I’m never worried about playing them until Rohr came in. I would have been more worried now but thankfully this village grave digger from Portugal won’t be there when we meet them

I have a different view of Ndidi. I think he should be in our defensive setup. I know he has been playing as a midfielder for ages, but I feel his defensive work rate will best suit us if he plays as a center-back. If he is focused on breaking down opposing attacks, I feel he will excel. With his training in midfield, he could even have some defensive ball-playing attributes.
No. he's best as DM

You had said it a long time ago but I didn't see the light, na now my eye just clear. Even if we had De Bruyne, Bellingham, Salah and Mbappe in our team, with JP as coach we would still not get anything.

Why's everything working in Nigeria favor?

Rwanda has given us a second chance.

Benin and Lesotho played 0:0

Runner up ke? We will top the group but Paserio must go! The moment Paserio brought on Sadiq for Moffi then I affirm, he is a mad man!
The teams in our group have nothing upfront! I am not in anyway scared.

We need a coach that would call the right players and play in a way that would enable our strikers to function well.
Our next games are in June when the season would have being over. Our players would be in the right frame of mind, then!
We are playing SA next even if they win against Rwanda which they won't we will beat them in Uyo!
Make una calm down!

Their pitch against Benin was pretty poor! It is like their govt is not really interested in this tournament!

Raging discussion on Twitter about SE is positions in the team NPFL guys can come in and compete for.

I believe everyone here agrees a GK can be found in the league but does anyone think CB combo, FBs and midfielders can come from the league?

P.S based on ability and not some illusion of hunger or passion

Can Peseiro just give us a middle of Nwakali (CM) - Iwobo (AM) - Onyedika (DM) with Iwobi in front of the two.

Then PLAY Ndidi behind the two as our CB
grin

They're renovating their Kigali stadium. It will be ready before our fixture with them next year. We should just get out house in order.

Aside Gks, i don't think defenders can come from the league right now. Alukwu though should be watched out for upfront. The last time we got better ballers, they were coming from continental tournaments where they gave good account of themselves individually i think.

GK, maybe. CB? I don't think so.

If at all we want to choose from home, the 3 U17 defenders would be my choice (trial).
