Wike still moves around with the carriage of an executive gov whereas he is a minister of the fed republic. There are not a lot of guarrantees in a ministerial position. Would wike allow any of his commissioners to be this brazen when he was gov?

1.This is against best tax practices and revenue drive for any sensible government.

2. C of O should be issued at relatively low price.. 100k max, so as to have all property owners into the tax net. Thereafter, everybody will be paying the annual Ground Rent,, which becomes a stream of revenue for the government till eternity.

3. The present economy meltdown does not in anyway support high Revenue drive from the government.

4. The Taiwo Oyedele's Presidential Committe on Tax & Fiscal Policies Review is working on how to reduce tax burden of the citizen, while FCDA is working on the country.

5. This development from FCDA will not stand the test of time.

6. The NASS should be notified and CSO to kill this from the root.

C of O processing and collection should be based in size of plot and location of such plots. You can't expect an owner of a 500sqm plot of land located in Kubwa, Bwari, Kuje, Mpape for instance to pay 5 million while an owner of 1000sqm plot of land located in Maitama, ASOKORO, Utako, etc pays the same flat rate of 5 million Naira for such property.

More people were killed in Lagos,Oyo and edo ststes than in Rivers state.................I am sure he regrets his actions cos he knows igbos can come for him at anytime!

Its not about the stakeholders meeting, its about his language and carriage. He loves being the centre of attraction, whereas he has a principal. He is also too categorical with his words. He only supported ipob not because he loved the igbo, but because, like every other notable pdp member then, he felt ipob was a pressure cooker for pmbs defeat in 2019, with the hope he was going to be made vp under tambuwal. He only realized he was among strange bedfellows after the 2022 pdp primaries. He can only run in 2038. In 2031,power is going back to the north.

On the igbos coming for him, he can circumvent that by sucking in support from other zones. Since 2015, the igbos haven't been able to coronate a president after 3 attempts.
