Please house, I need help!

I sent someone money to his Kuda account for almost two weeks now and he claimed he hadn't seen any credit alert or the money.

I called my bank, they said it was already successful from my end. He is still claiming he hasn't seen it.

I wanted to go to the Kuda Bank office, but they don't have a physical branch. I called their helpline, but they said they couldn't give me details of their customer's account because it's confidential.

Please, help on how to go about the issue to ascertain if the issue is from Kuda bank or if it's a deliberate attempt from the person I sent the money to.

Op for the umpteenth time, re-check his account details number by number with the exact one you use for the transfer.

Tell him to request a recent statement of account from Kuda, and you too do the same from your bank. Whether physical or spiritual bank, just request it for cross investigation purposes and to finally put the nail in the coffin

Its simple request for the statement of account and verify the claims. Aint no way funds won't fall unless you made a mistake whilst making the transfer. request btw 48 hrs statement of account or the bearer should forget the money.

He claims it hasn't dropped. I called his bank they refused to tell me if it has dropped. Is there another I can go about it without involving him.

He's a criminal. You can screenshot relevant part and show him yours then let him know if he doesn't show evidence in form of bank statement. Then it's assumed the funds actually landed and he's trying to play a fast one on you. You aren't obligated to bother about the issue thenceforth.
