I received this from a friend "I am have been looking for my ex-husband to sign a divorce papers but i have not been able to see him over 5years. I desire to move on but i cannot because i am still legally married by law. I have found someone and i do not want to loose him. He wants the divorce settled before agreeing to marry me but i cannot locate my ex and he is not ready to sign the papers. Please advise." She needs help. |
