Same level since 4yrs ago. A time frame should be put in place for all land owners to develop their land or it will be revoked and resoled to a willing buyer that has cash to develop it.

That's is what we are telling our people.

Stay in Lagos, bring all your families and friends within working age and make as much money as you can and invest at home.

For every Igbo that's frustrated out of Lagos, bring in 100.

If 1,000 leaves, make sure new 100,000 entered. How many they want demolish their houses

Raining bombs on our lands some decades ago didn't stop us e come be mere demolition in far away Lagos. They will have to nuke Lagos completely before it can lead to significant setback on us

True.

That's why I am not against Igbos setting up businesses in Lagos. Left for me, I'll encourage them to move as many of their business to Lagos as possible, mop up every available fund in Lagos and repatriate the profit home.

And anytime they are leaving Lagos, they should bring in extra 100 people to replace them.

Also, they should ensure that strategic investment are not in Lagos. Build your factory in the East, move the sales centres to Lagos.

If you provide services, then create a hybrid workforce where bulk of your key staff work remotely. Rent an office in Lagos with few on-premesis staff.

If it's possible, build your houses where the locales live so that it will be impossible to single out yours for demolition.

Ronu bastards never see anything.

Na Ndi Igbo dey want fight tribal war with through their government. They go tire
