There is something fundamentally wrong with Blacks & Africans in Leadership position. It is a black skin problem.

Dishonesty is just the forte of nigeria politicians

It's the skill they need most to go far

Most of those who stood with gej probably did so for pecuniary or position gains

Not really for integrity or rule of law

Wish I could give this a thousand likes. This is not karma. He fell ill for months (which we sympathize) affecting his ability to effectively govern, so he, more than anyone, knows what should be done.

Mind you we talking about a distinguished lawyer, former NBA chairman, former state Attorney general, and senior advocate of Nigeria!!! embarassed

He's certainly not ignorant of the law; just refusing to do the right thing. No, Akeredolu has been very disappointing.

ever heard of the phase 'power corrupts, absolute powers corrupt absolutely'

nah, in as much as it is black man that wears the boot, only worse damnation awaits us, not even an iota of salvation
no matter how terrible a democrazy government is, it is and will always be better than military unless we have plans to order non-black as the military rulers

if this is military, Akeredolu deputy will have been legally executed for mutiny (even though he is fight for the right thing)

Nigeria is a blessed country but with bad and evil politicans.

Imagine when they are not in power they know the right thing but immediately they got into power they are blind to the right.

The deputy governor should be sworn in as the acting governor.

Table can turn anytime.

Be careful with words and do not think you are untouchable from the ills of life or our existence.

God bless you. Many don't even know the point of this throwback. They believed that he was mocking Yaradua, that's why you see too many off point comments.
Now, Akeredolu and rubber stamp HOA are trying to impeach the deputy gov. The court is the only thing standing between him and the impeachment

Nigerians are dumb. Rather than now insist on the same standard, which is of course the right direction, they will blame him for standing by the truth then, rather than fault him for not keeping the standard now.
