Nigeria doesn't need Iraq! We need Israel. Israel can take over our economy like they did in Palestine!

And we also need the support of the god of Israel (aka USA and the NATO group).

Israel is the chosen tribe, the tribe of Jesus! All other tribes are not of god.

No to Iraq!
Let Zionist Israel take over!
Let USA support our country like they did in Libya, Syria, Sudan, Ukraine, etc.

There are Nigerians in Iraq. A lot of them illegals or being used as slaves.

The lack of an embassy means no one to look out for their interests

How many, who send them, how much will it take to maintain Nigeria mission there and pay workers plus its just avenue for more stealing

Period.

Besides Iraq is a major oil-rich country with Arabs and Kurds being the major ethnic groups in Iraq.

The Saddam Hussein years witnessed rapid developments in infrastructure, but there was also brutal repression of opposition members. Many disappeared in the face of the Sunni and Shiite rivalries. These went on till full-scale war started in the 2000s, leading finally to Saddam Hussein's capture and death down the road.

Iraq used to be interesting before the war. However, Iraq still have some good people and more liberal than Iran but there is need to apply caution when dealing with Muslim dominated countries.

There should be. I worked in Iraq for 2 years in the West Qurna2 oil field. A lot of Nigerians are working in the oil fields of Iraq so it is not out of place for a Nigerian mission to be there. US, UK, Russia etc all have embassies and missions there, so why canā€™t Nigeria?
You donā€™t live in the north thatā€™s what youā€™ll say
Do you know how many terror organizations Iraq funds
Hezbollah
Hamas
Isis
IsiL
Houthi
All the weapons the boko boys and bandits and all the rest
Where do you think they get it from
I repeat we donā€™t need missions in Iraq
Before you know it undocumented money will be changing borders to buy things and things

How are Nigerians fairing in countries we have embassies or missions? A Nigerian lady died in Cote D'Ivoire in an embarrassing circumstances and Nigeria embassy in the country couldn't do anything.

Will you be willing to go there if you have the opportunity?

Nigeria is a million times better than Iraq and even most of the overhyped countries on earth today. Now Iraq is begging Nigeria to settle well in their country, do you think it has anything to offer Nigerians? Xenophobia is a joke. The rate of racism against blacks in Iraq is dangerous for us because there, they'll kill you and it won't make it to the front of newspapers like in the US or other advanced world. So, forget Iraq, it's a death trap. The next thing you'll hear is 'Iraq is about to take over Nigeria with their Islamic half moon'. If they were good to blacks or other nationals, their country would have been flooded with foreigners but they're very very selfish people who easily attack and kill anyone who goes against their Sharia law by mistake. so, as for me, it's not a good call.

Who told you that, Iraq is a lot more safer than Nigeria, we keep decieving ourselves like Nigeria is better than most of these countries, have you checked the rate of kidnappings, killings, robberies taking place all around the nation.

Presently there are no oil and gas projects in the country because Buhari was looking for oil up North, so where are the jobs for the millions of Nigerians with Oil and Gas skills going to work, UAE is no longer accepting Nigerians.

Yes if an offer comes from Iraq I will take it.
Mind you there are lots of foreigners in Iraq, please go and check, now when you Waka go where you no suppose go you see anyhow. If you are there to work stay within your work environment there's security for you, it's the same in Nigeria, going to work location we normally go with heavy escort, military and mobile police.

So my dear there's no difference.
