There's a difference between Aso Rock aka executive delegation and Nigerian delegation.

Most of the folks in the delegation are member ministries, agencies, NGOs and Nigerian members of International organizations like the World bank and so on.

The executive is only responsible for the executive delegation, other agencies and organizations are responsible for their members.

Nigerian delegation doesn't mean Aso Rock delegation, I really don't know why we always must educate and keep educating you ignorant and unexposed people.
