garfield1: Who instituted the case at the appeal court? PDP members who were not certified by the decision of the high court Jos or the APC who weren't party to the case at high court but smuggle it into the election tribunal and use it to mislead the judges at the election tribunal specifically created for the purpose of election. |

The only reason courts intervene is because politicians dragged themselves or INEC before it. When INEC organizes elections filled with problems and politicians refused to accept defeat regardless of whether the election is free or fair. Stop attacking the courts. Attack the root. |

I don't do unprincipled support. This Farooq of a man, saw nothing wrong with the February presidential elections as announced. He saw nothing wrong with what the judiciary did with respect to the presidential election litigation and the merit of the cases. Now his writing jargons because they want to force the supreme court to save Kano from APC. He is selective and shameless. |

I think the talk should be on why the judiciary re-delcare winner for the later party? Give the reasons! Are the reasons tenable according to the prevailing electoral laws? All these bribery without tenable evidence na just lies! PDP won some states and no one bulge an ποΈπ! Osun and Bayelsa states. ......................................................... As usual na the lacuna in your laws that's being exploited legally. Even if the judges are removed from declaring the winner, election rerun would be plenty and more billions will be earmarked for it. |

I wasn't initially interested in reading this delivery by Farooq because I already know what the contents would likely be. However, I decided to read through and stopped after Farooq gave examples of his "Judicial Coups" without mentioning how APC lost all the positions clearly and overwhelmingly won in Zamfara in 2019. So this is not Judicial Coup? Farooq's "Judicial Coups" didn't also include the Supreme Court judgment that brought in PDP's Diri of Bayelsa State who was roundly defeated by David Lyon of APC in 2019. Farooq's list of "Judicial Coups" side stepped the sacking of APC candidates in Rivers state just few days to the 2019 election making APC virtually without candidates in that election. Haba! And you want solutions so to say. Common Farooq, solutions are not found to perceived or real societal problems by being clever by half or by self or collective deceit. Farooq's above delivery is clearly not intended for solutions. 2 Likes |
