Ironically such foods are better (healthier& nutritious) for you than Noodles, rice and KfC

Feed your kids all those local, supposedly bush, primitive foods, they'll grow up taller and stronger than feeding them supermarket cereals from abroad and stuff like noodles , spaghetti, bread and eggs, sweets, chocolate, takeaway and so on.
