6 i) mean say - you don work for inside Canada before? If not, answer is 0
6 ii) mean say - you don work for outside Canada before, whether na UK, Naija, Saudi, or Dubai? If yes answer is the number of years, provided the work meets the conditions written (within 10 years, paid, NOC TEER etc).

Hello everyone, a quick one please been a teacher with over 3years of work experience can I accept an LMIA job offer for administrative role in Canada, note I do not have any experience been an administrative officer. Going for that role will give me extra 50points. My concern is hope it won’t be an issue during pr application. I await your reply

My guess (na guess o) would be that a LOE may help.

As stated by IRCC, truly the officer may want to be certain you can do the admin job and my opinion is that any organised person can.....but you may want to give details of the recruitment process, tests and interviews to verify you can perform etc and other examples to show how you have used admin skills in general in your LOE.

Hope the job offer meets all the conditions in this link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

Hello all, good evening. I'm at crossroads now in my application submission process. I saw my document checklist and it's requesting for upfront medicals result upload.
What do I do since ircc stopped upfront medicals?

Follow the instructions on the website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/medical-exams.html

If you be efiko like me grin also upload a copy of their page saying no upfront meds along with an LOE saying no upfront meds because of IRCC instructions.

Hello all. My wife changed her surname after marriage. On the WES application form, should she use her maiden name for the form which is the same on her degree certificate or she should use her new surname which will be different from what is on her degree certificate?

The immigration targets for next year are still as high as they have been from previous years but the selection dynamics have drifted. Large influx of students on one and two year programs are already graduating and that number will be even more explosive in coming months. That means they and their dependents have made the pool more competitive. Now there are new schemes considering refugees for PR (I believe this is to make them productive and reduce government spending) also some new pathways for people from Haiti, Mexico etc. People with better outlook remain health workers, I can guarantee you that many people who used study route may still never get PR considering current conditions. If you are not into health then learn French or seek PNP routes. It is what it is.

Bro. Those that use study route are more at advantage of getting PR than those outside cos they will give them preference than those outside this is my view though based on how they have been doing the draw stuff all these while

not true . They haven’t done CEC draws since late 2021. A lot of ex students have their PGWP expiring next month and February with no information on extension. They will have to go back home. There are currently 800k students with 260k PR slots, when you take out those outside Canada that will get ITA we can say about 130k slots remaining. So how will that go round

The advantage will only go to the person who is young, has foreign working experience before going to Canada. My spouse fell into such category and got PR based on her health experience from Nigeria while still a student in Canada.

Good morning folks, quick one please.
Is it advisable to use a statement of account that’s up to a month old for POF. Say I got it early last month, can I upload it this month after getting ITA?

The required number of months is 6 months, as stated on the IRCC website. Else, youll probably get a PFL or worse still get rejected for incomplete application.

Good People, I have retaken IELTS and maxed it out

My current score is 459. Submitted my profile.

My NOC is 11201 - Professional occupations in business management consulting.

What Province(s) would you advice me to apply to for PNP, if possible please specify the PNP route too. God bless.

Maybe my question was not properly structured. The POF itself is 6months old, but I got it since last month. My question is can I go ahead and use it this month after getting ITA

You meant you got the account statement from the bank last month?

If that's what you're saying or asking, then you can submit that if you've gotten ITA. Cheers!

You are welcome. Nice to know you finally got it. I wish you a speedy PPR and welcome you in advance to Ontario.
hello I am in a fix, my express entry profile expired after I got OINP approval and nomination with 600 points. Due to its expiration I missed the 24th draw of October and now this December draw. No update on my new profile despite the emails. It's frustrating. Please what's the email timeline from when you asked they send the 600points to the response time with the 600 points in the new EE profile?

You'd need to get recent POF documents i dont think it should be more than 7 to 10 days old.
