My fellow Nairalanders, I just found out that my i.d card has expired when I inquired about the renewal I was told to pay 5000 Naira. Does one identity to a nation expires? Like my local government of origin, does it need to expires also? If it expires that mean I seized to be a bonifide citizen of Nigeria which I am now. I am not understanding this please some one need to explain to me. |

It is on the card that it expired in the year 2020 So, I am really surprised. What brought my attention was that I was registering something online and the site notified me. |
