Haryour124:If it's GC Keys, then it's a normal occurrence to encounter an error whenever you try to login. Solution: If you login and it shows an error, keep refreshing that page until it shows the real thing, keep doing that if it happens on the next page. voila! |

April is quite too long, there's something wrong somewhere,if an agent applied for you,amd he is not willing to provide you your login details, tell him to open your application and screenshot the pages for you, from there you will know what to do next. EnglishUsa: |

EnglishUsa: Do you have your login information? If not, then ask him to login in your presence to see things yourself. Or you should contact IRCC if you have your application details. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by oluayebenz: 2:09pm On Dec 09, 2023 |
EnglishUsa: Understandable. I hope you supplied your agent all your financial documents and you did follow up. Or he promised to arrange everything for you? |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Ashirioluwa: 2:38pm On Dec 09, 2023 |
EnglishUsa: Suspending your business operations is not a good idea, even if your agent assures you that the visa is 100% guaranteed. At least wait to see things yourself before taking the next course of action. Until I receive my passport and am able to prove that my visa is approved, I will not even consider suspending my business for an immigrant visa, not to mention a visitor visa for that matter. 2 Likes |

Not that I suspended my business but I returned from south Africa and I applied for Canada visa and I don't have anything doing right now been that I can't go into any business because I don't know if I will remain in Nigeria or not. I just want the visa to be out so that I will know what to do about my life |

Ok, now I understand your point. With the current processing time, 8 months is a long wait. Send a webform to IRCC to make an inquiry about your application, or ask your agent to do that on your behalf. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by EnglishUsa: 3:50pm On Dec 09, 2023 |
oluayebenz:yes, I supplied only my statement of account, international passport, and he said the Visa approval is 50/50 chances of which I accepted and deposit some cash for the Visa fee and documentations... But I did not do follow up because he is in Lagos while I live in Kano. Although 2 of my friends have gone to Canada through him |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Levels1(m): 4:28pm On Dec 09, 2023 |
EnglishUsa: Try and contact them. You indeed need to be worried. But then do you use agent? If yes, he might have gotten a response from them or your email is used during the application? |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by EnglishUsa: 5:13pm On Dec 09, 2023 |
Levels1:yes, I used agent and maybe agents normally put their emails during documentations, I only gave my email to the office where I did my biometrics because they demanded for it on their form that faithful day... Although I don't know if the email I gave to them is relevant to my own updates. Myself thought if my Visa is out they will email me through the email I provided the day I did my biometrics or Maybe there are different emails to update people and my agent might have given them his own email during documentations |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Levels1(m): 5:35pm On Dec 09, 2023 |
EnglishUsa: My brother, what they requested for is the email you used in registering your application. And again, immediately after your biometric they already sent you a mail and since you don't receive it from the mail you provide certainly it was sent to your agent registered mail. So all left for you to do now is to contact your agent and request for an update. Are you still owing him part of the money? If not, will have given you the email and password |

Good Evening Everyone, Please has anyone had issues with their biometrics not showing on the IRCC portal. I did my biometrics since Oct 17 and it has still not updated on the portal, nor is it showing at all. How did you resolve it if you have ever experienced this? |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Ashirioluwa: 1:56am On Dec 10, 2023 |
Daninc: That was a long time. Login to your account and check for biometrics under applicant information. Your account should display the biometric within a day or two of its completion. I believe they have your biometric information already, but you still need to send them a message concerning this. Use these links to send it to send it to IRCC Lagos and Nairobi. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=lagos 2 Likes |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Levels1(m): 8:20am On Dec 10, 2023 |
EnglishUsa: That's just it. Midnight to the date of your biometric, they will first sent you a reminder mail that today is your capturing date. As you are leaving the biometric room, the mail was sent directly into the email you used in registering your application. You can either wait for 110days before comforting your agent as after the date you have every right to questions in for updates. Don't worry it will certainly ends in praise Amen. |
