i call bullshit. It’s the people not the economics. The same people find themselves in Dubai of all places and take to armed robbery and cultism, 5 Nigerian guys tried to rob a Dubai bank and now we have been banned in Dubai. In Ghana they are there kidnapping people and Ghanaians now hate us, in South Africa they are there kidnapping and selling drugs and doing cult activity, all the jails in Asia is brimming full with Nigerians

At some point in time you have to get past the denial and accept that the people are demonic.
Nigeria has 230 million people. If just 200,000 of those commit crimes abroad, it would appear to the ignorant such as yourself, that all Nigerians are criminals.

But in the Dubai and South Africa you mentioned, there are literally THOUSANDS of highly trained Nigerian professionals working in every conceivable field of endeavour. As are THOUSANDS MORE in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

So YOU can never make us feel inferior or ''demonic'', no matter how hard you try.

And you saw the 230 million in your head after eating mkpurumiri like a typical IPOB Biafran mumu.

Irrelevant outcast.

By the way, MILLIONS of Chinese and Indians live in America and Europe, and their countries are the fastest rising economies on Earth, so Japa is not a solely Nigerian or African phenomenon.

now I know you are just a lying confused cretin. You know why ? Because you made a thread about a white man in India and the place looked like an apocalyptic shithole and that my friend is why Indians japa all over the world. India is fastest rising nothing. The place is an apocalyptic shithole not fit for humans

Catapault, you can do better reporting. Tell us a place in Lagos represented in each photo - like the twin tower. To be honest, I suspect that some of those pictures are not taken even in Africa.

But, if all these are Lagos, even if the photos are over edited, they are good to help us visualize having such a country.

We have seen it, and this is not new if you ask me.
But Lagos has been tough on many, I am lagosian, lived in Lagos for almost 21yrs, but presently resident in osogbo, I will tell you life is good in osun state, Road, water, electricity, business and name it.

Skyscrapers won't put food on my table undecided
I told someone that osun state is fast developing because many people are finding peace living there compared to village like ondo state.

Abidjan, Dakar, Nairobi, Dar Es Salaam, Luanda, Lusaka, Harare, Kigali, Accra, Gaborone, Windhoek, Blantyre, Addis Ababa, Port Louis, Francistown, Bulawayo & Kampala all have a better skyline than your overhyped Lagos, Lagos is an advanced slum. I've not even mentioned the major cities in North Africa and South Africa. Lagos can do better.
Objection pls. How many of this places have you visited.. at least I have been to Dar Es Salaam, Blantyre, Kigali, Accra. They are no match to Lagos. You can only talk of North African cities and south Africa.

I I have been to most of these cities and this is simply untrue. None of them is an equal for Lagos, the only one that mildly competes is Nairobi and thats mostly on account of its truly international airport and truly international character as a travel and tourist hub.

You dared to mention Windhoek. Quaint, but mostly empty place.

I know you are just being mischievous and you are not Yoruba, but the reality is that Ondo State is a wonderful place to live as well.

Whatever unfortunate experience your father had (if there was ever any) in Ondo State is peculiar to your family.

Sincerely gonna ask you just one simple question
How is their economy and GDP to Lagos own?

On the other hand, Nigeria has more than 20 major developed cities that are
close to the level of Lagos.
This is not true. Only Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and Port-Harcourt have a small claim as worthy cities outside of Lag.

Calabar is also cool and quaint but quiet and small.

In the next 20yrs Lagos and many cities across Nigeria would be far better than this.
