I drink half of this peak yoghurt and forget the other half inside the fridge. The yoghurt have swelled up.

I was surprised to it this evening. It might be due to fridge on and fridge off.

Throw it away..

But products like this have caveats to finish it not later than 3 days after opening.

Even fresh fruit juice won't stay more than 15 hrs before fermenting if there's no power

Just add yeast and before you know it, you have alcohol.
