Today was a beautiful celebration of the unique brand of 'unity in diversity' Lagos represents.

We hosted leaders and representatives of religious bodies across Lagos State to a stakeholder session where we all agreed to intentionally work towards a #NoiselessLagos during and after the festivities.

It was quite a delight to see patrons of both Christian and Islamic establishments deliberate and collaborate amicably towards the same noble goal of a #GreaterLagos that is conducive for everyone.

We charged them to 'stop the noise, not the worship', and they in turn assured us of their willingness to cooperate with us towards our vision of a greater Lagos where noise pollution is as minimal as possible.

More than ever, we are convinced that these representatives will take the learning and action points home to the bodies they represent and we will all experience a new wave of calm and sanity across Lagos.

Other state should follow this good example.
Some religious leaders do not believe in the sanctity of their neighbours , they tag you as enemy if one caution them on noise pollution
