When Lagos State government said in the past that churches should not use their facilities for their religious services, did they do such to the Muslim organizations?
You may not understand what is going on. Closing down the mosques, is just a smokescreen which you may not understand.

Forget Lagos. It's not even biblical to pray through the speakers in the first place.

And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward. But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not babble on like pagans, for they think that by their many words they will be heard.…Matthew 6:5-7

And Jesus, whenever he wants to pray, usually goes to lonely places like mountains!

“And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray…..”Matthew 14:23

Going a little farther, he (Jesus) fell with his face to the ground and prayed. Matthew 26:39

You don't know there's a difference between public and private prayers?
Evangelism involves making of noise.
Check out all the places where evangelism is carried out, wether day or night there must be noise making.
Go to the North and tell them that the should control their religious noise making.

You don't know your bible, study your bible well. It's people like you that they easily deceive in any christian matter. You have forgotten that there's a difference between private and public prayers. Your bible example is all about private prayers, know this, if you don't know before.

To enlighten your dark heart and blank knowledge of the scriptures look at the following.
Matthew 6:6-7, Jesus Christ was talking about private prayers.
In Acts 1:12-15, 2:4-14, this is the public prayers.
Where 120 believers in Jesus Christ came together to pray and the Holy Spirit came upon them. You can't call a gathering of 120 believers a private gathering.
While in Matthew, Jesus Christ said close your door. Please when next you type the name of Jesus Christ, kindly use capital J and not your small j. Thanks

Show me where Jesus with his 12 disciples did as you make noise in churches today in the name of prayers?

The disciples of Jesus Christ, never knew how to pray, while they were with him, until they were thought the Lord's prayer. Luke.11:1-4.
Because they never knew how to pray life changing prayers, they couldn't pray with Jesus Christ at his most hour of need. Matthew 26:36-40.
After they had been thought and continued with one accord in PRAYERS in the Upper Room. Acts 1:14-15.
When they were empowered by the Holy Spirit on the day of the Pentecost, everyone around heard them pray.
They prayers that were prayed by the Apostles that made everyone hear them pray in their own dialect, wasn't a private prayer. Acts 2:7-13.
Prayers that will make others mock them and say that these men were full of new wine, wasn't that kind of prayers, that Jesus Christ thought them in Luke 11.
So understand, there's both public and private side of prayers, to the issue of prayers.
When the Holy Spirit takes over, it's a different ball game, that is why people pray the way they do, in the time of prayers.
In Acts 4:23-31, you see another kind of public prayers. V. 23. Being let go, they went to their own company ( gathering of believers or the Apostles). When they all gathered to pray, the place where they stayed to pray was shaken and they were filled with the Holy Spirit. This is not a private prayer.
Hope this post blesses your soul.
Thank you.
