Was this not the same Commissioner of Works who Fubara ordered to demolish the Rivers State House of Assembly complex?

DSS must investigate Fubara and everyone involved in the demolishing of such a national asset. Fubara must be prosecuted after his immunity expires and made to face the full wrath of the law.
