I've come across this dish (the white stuff) a few times, but I don't know what it's called or what it's made from.
What I do know is that it is a dish from the Southwest region of Nigeria.

Do they remove the outer part of the corn (like how you'd do with beans for moi-moi) before cooking it?
I kinda looks smooth and creamy in texture.
