The woman did not die as a result of the abuse, no causal link.
She probably died of something totally unrelated to the abuse she suffered that's why the care workers are not been charged with manslaughter.

Care work can be frustrating especially when you're with a troublesome patient. These new carers just need to be careful.

If one doesn't understand what dementia is all about then every dementia patient will be seen as being "troublesome". This may be the case with these who knows best how to reset the patient. After prison.... I guess a one way direct free flight back to Nigeria.
