The only thing Otti seems to have better is positive media cause the people like his personality. Ikpeazu did greater things than Otti is attempting to do but he didn't have the positive media coverage. Otti repainted and renovated this massive and solid infrastructure but it was built and maintained by others before him.

I remember spending just 6k to treat an ear problem in that hospital after spending over 80k in previous health clinics. They abandoned a vital teaching hospital that was servicing the entire Aba populace for more than 10 years!

The Pdp at the centre was different from the one in Abia state. Pdp in Abia was a cult with no human empathy. That’s why I’m really not into party politics. Because this same Pdp was doing ‘well’ in ebonyi, Enugu and other states in the south.
