Three terrible questions to consider.
1. Why is there a brain drain out of Nigeria? Answer: Because of the provisions of the 1999 Constitution.

2. Why is there genocidal violence against Nigerians by the immigrant settler Fulani for land grabbing? Answer: Because of the provisions of the 1999 Constitution.

3. Why does Nigeria defy development? Answer: Because of the provisions of the 1999 Constitution.

We then have to consider two further questions together. 1) What is Nigeria? 2) What is that 1999 Constitution? Well, the original Nigeria agreed to, got Terminated by the Military Coups of 1966, then a counterfeit Nigeria held up by Military Decrees replaced it. The 1999 Constitution is Military Decree 24 but deceitfully renamed. Therefore the current Unitary Nigeria aka “Nigeria” is an artificial Union of Ethnic Nations created and held together by the 1999 Constitution, a Forgery that Ethnic Nations never made or agreed to. Essentially, Nigeria is a Structure belonging to the Fulani Caliphate, but foisted upon the ancestral lands of indigenous Ethnic Nations.

“We are running into trouble we are inching there and time is not in our favor. And I'm not tickled by what the National Assembly is doing. They are not being fair to themselves, they are not being fair to us. They claim to be amending the Constitution. What I mean: What are they are amending? And I want to repeat it: do you amend something that is not amendable? When you want to amend the Constitution, by the way where do you start? You start from the Preamble:
“We the People”… Oh yes they have to amend it. Why are they running away from it? If they cannot amend the Preamble, if the Preamble is not amendable that means the Constitution is not amendable – come on! They have to start from it. You don't start reading your letter from the back page do you?
No they have to start from the Preamble. That means the Preamble is fake: we the People, who are the “we”? When did “we” meet…?
I've studied the Constitutions of the world and I say this also with every sense of humility: there is no Constitution that is near as fake, near us deceitful, near as make believe in nature and in content, as the Constitution as the world would call the Constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended.
What are they amending? I challenge them and I challenge the National Assembly and they must answer this question. When you are amending you first of all start with the Preamble, because if the people didn't meet and they put it there by the [respected??] or by the Abdulsalami Military government they say We the People you must first amend it… If they can't amend it then let us have a Constitution for ourselves.”

Chief Olanipekun makes it clear that it is an invalid and even deceitful exercise to talk of “amending” a Constitution that is a Forgery, a document not made by “we the people” as it falsely claims.

Then, the answers to the three questions asked at the start of this discussion are in the 68-Item Exclusive List whose effects are to tie down Nigerians, and tie down Development.

Therefore, the indigenous Ethnic Nations of Nigeria, organized as NINAS (Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities for Self-Determination) had Rejected and Repudiated the fraudulent and illegitimate 1999 Constitution, and a Constitutional Force Majeure declared on 16 December 2020, making Nigeria a DISPUTED PROJECT. Since that date, matters have been at the Enforcement Stage. The botched 2023 presidential elections have thrown up the illicit Tinubu Interregnum and a Constitutional Logjam… ALL these crises flow from operating a Fraud as a Constitution. There is a disorderly and violent way out. But there is also an ORDERLY PROCESS which is the NINAS Proposition of Transitioning to Renegotiate, Reconfigure and Reconstruct the Union. Clearly, Unitary Nigeria, a criminal enterprise, is seeing its very last days.

They always get carried away when in office. When they leave office, you will see them wailing and begging whoever is in power to do what they failed to do when in power. Today, Obasanjo is begging for state police. Jonathan begged Buhari to implement the 2014 CONFAB report. Tinubu won't push for restructuring now until he is out of power.
