what if they don't have a PPA but they are C2 beneficiary and got paid for the first three months? Would that be a problem? Then what could be the way out

Someone got paid 3months and he just received the fourth month on Friday. No PPA and no thumb print.

my friend a C2 beneficiary never receive, while other beneficiary from same state and bank has received. He has received the 3 previous months successfully without no issue

What could be the cause?

1) Second Payment is yet to commence, ignore fake news peddlers.

2) Some Banks are having network Issues that's the reason for the delay in Payment.

3) This backlog payment is initiated as a continuous process and will not stop until everyone is paid his/her 9-12 months outstanding Stipends.

4) Payment is from CBN directly to your bank accounts so forget about what's on your dashboard. Your dashboards is a creation of NASIMS/NPOWER and both are not responsible for the current Payments. They only compiled list of eligible Beneficiaries and forwarded it to the CBN for Payment.
