Please am 24 and I have been battling man boobs (gynecomastia) for the past 10 years.

I was a sufferer of this condition for several years but I would advise you to visit a university teaching hospital close to you with probably a recommendation letter from a doctor.

I may be wrong but doesn't this have to do with hormones?
Have you seen a good doctor?

Have you tried other options like consistent physical exercises, specifically on the upper body to loose fat and gain muscle?If you are overweight, you can begin thinking to cut down on your diet? Cardio like running, football, power walk etc are also important.Surgery should be the last option and personally för me, should be done when your life is in danger and not for looks.You are only 24.
