So? It's beautiful yes. But, such things are common throughout Igboland and the rest of Nigeria.

Is Ibadan and Southwest part of the places in Nigeria where it is "common"?

The same Ibadan that Reno Omokiri claims people pay to watch dilapidated buildings

I give it to the Igbos when it comes to hospitality and great hotels.. one of the best experiences I've had and still can't forget was in Awka. If you see food ehnn, well prepared and delicious. I think it was 4 Star hotel or 5 Star even.

It is too petty of you to be so fixated on tribe bro. There are much better things to give your attention to. Don't do shit just because someone else does it.

And what should I do with it? I should lodge there so that Bishop’s Cocaine-Trafficking rivals can come and blast me like they did during the Ozubulu Church Massacre in 2018?

isn't it funny how the number of Igbos in Ibadan is what proves it's livability not that of it's native population?

No Igbos in Ibadan though. Nothing happens there.
